By purchasing or using The Future-Proof Kid, you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to scare you, so please take a few minutes to go through them.
The Future-Proof Kid is an independently operated digital product, published under the brand name The Future-Proof Kid. The Future-Proof Kid is a digital product for parents. Your one-time payment of 27 USD gives you lifetime access to:
One purchase covers all the children in your household. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles billing, applicable taxes, invoicing, and all payment data. We never see or store your card details. Any questions about a charge on your statement can be sent to us by email and we will help you sort it out.
When you buy The Future-Proof Kid, you receive a personal, non-commercial license for one household. In plain words:
All content remains the intellectual property of The Future-Proof Kid. The license does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you are not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. You may keep any printables you have already downloaded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
The Future-Proof Kid provides educational parenting guidance. It is not medical, psychological, or educational-professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional about your child. Every child is different, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome or result for any child. You know your child best, and you remain responsible for how you use the material.
The service and all its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it, which is 27 USD.
Lifetime access means access for as long as the product is operated. We will do our best to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times. Please do not share your access with people outside your household, attempt to break the service, or use it in any unlawful way.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example if the product evolves or the law changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the product after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Because purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, billing and payment disputes are handled under their terms, together with the consumer protection rules that apply where you live. For anything else, please write to us first. We would genuinely prefer to solve a problem with you by email than to let it become a dispute, and our 30-day refund makes that easy.
